1930s midnight blue velvet dress with romantic puff sleeves and wrap belt🌙

Marked size 32. Small shoulder pads present. Three snaps at left waist to close. Straps come from neckline/bust and wrap around the waist. Two front hip pockets.

Belt loop on left waist is broken. Two small 1 inch holes on back left of skirt. Two small pin prick hole on bottom back left of skirt.
